We ship products to all parts of New Zealand, where courier services are available, and the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
We work with some of the best courier partners in the country. Once the payment is confirmed, and the order is processed, you will receive a tracking ID and a link to check the status of your order.
While we endeavor to ship out your order at the earliest if there are any unexpected delays beyond 7 days due to unavoidable logistic challenges, you may cancel the order, and we will process a refund immediately (refer to Cancellation Policy).
