Cancellation, Returns, Refunds and Replacement Policy
Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) of New Zealand. Nothing in our refund policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify the application of the CGA.

When returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, name of the product and the reason for returning the goods. Please also provide your original receipt or other satisfactory proof of purchase.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order any time before an order is shipped by calling or writing to us. In such a case, we will refund your payments if already made by you for the order (at our sole discretion).
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, such orders could be cancelled at Company’s discretion.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy:
Change of Mind Returns
We take utmost care to deliver the best quality products to you. In case you are not satisfied with any of our products for legitimate reasons, we will provide a replacement or refund (at our discretion) provided that:
· you return the product within 7 days of purchase;
· you produce your original ZeroHarm invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item; and
· the product has not been used or damaged in any way and is in its original packaging, is unopened (with the seal intact) and in its original saleable condition.
If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns. We reserve the right to exclude delivery charges from any refund amount for change of mind requests.
Other returns
For all other returns, and in accordance with your statutory guarantees under the CGA, we will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:
· the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
· significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
· the product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
· the product is unsafe; and
· you can present your ZeroHarm receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the product fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the CGA. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failur
